Detailed service reports by Text & Email with pictures.
WEEKLY CARE ALSO INCLUDES:
Free equipment diagnostics, fast & reliable equipment repairs, direct communication with technician, faster turnaround times & client support.
Clients can access all service History, Invoices, Quotes & Payments online anytime!
SERVICE DAY

Pool Care services are typically performed on the same day each week with 1-2 day flexibility.

If weather prevents service, it will be rescheduled for the next available day.

In case of extended bad weather, we will stay in touch and keep you updated.
EQUIPMENT FAILURES
-
Clients will be notified of any failures or required repairs.
-
FREE equipment troubleshooting is included with Weekly Pool Care.

A quote will be provided and some repairs require a downpayment to schedule.

Remaining balance of repairs are due upon completion of repair.
BILLING
-
Pool Care Invoices are sent the 1st of each month, after services are rendered for prior month.

Payments are due within 15 days.

All Billing, Payment & Service History is available through your personal client portal: happypools.mypoolportal.com

CLIENT RESPONSABILITIES

Create client portal account
-
Provide access to pool, backyard, and equipment.
-
Add “Happy Pools” to neighborhood gate access lists, and unlock any property gates/locks.

Provide gate codes or lock key locations, if applicable.

Keep pets inside during service visits.
-
Review weekly service reports and follow any recommendations.

Add water to the pool when notified.

Contact Happy Pools with any questions anytime!
FALL SEASON
-
Leaf removal is maintained as best as possible, we do not guarantee leaf-free pools due to continuous fall.

Vacuuming is limited to 25 minutes per visit. Additional time is available at an extra charge.

Please notify us if you’d like extended vacuuming services.

Please advise your landscaper to avoid blowing leaves into the pool.
WINTER SEASON
-
We continue weekly pool care to keep an eye on your equipment and take any necessary precautions to prevent freezing damage.

Cold water temperatures cause the water to become more corrosive and maintaining proper chemistry balance is just as important as the summer season.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
At Happy Pools LLC, we are committed to providing quality maintenance and repair services. However, certain events are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen equipment failure, manufacturer defects, water loss, or damage caused by freezing weather, leaks, pipe bursts, or other system failures. These risks are part of pool ownership and may occur even with proper care. By Hiring us or using our services, Client acknowledges these risks and terms of service and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Happy Pools LLC from any claims, costs, or damages related to such events.
